Project Management Dashboard — Cost and Benefit Overview (Power BI)
In this project, I created a project management — cost and benefit overview dashboard (dummy datasets) using Power BI. In this one-pager data visualization, I added total project cost and benefit including project names, types and phases as primary metrics.
